The Role
The Sole Supplier is the UK’s leading platform for sneakers, fashion and street culture, connecting millions of people with the best products, stories and releases online. From breaking news to in-depth culture content, we’re a trusted voice across footwear, fashion and youth culture.
The Sole Womens is the women’s voice of The Sole Supplier, spotlighting the intersection of sneakers, fashion and culture through a female lens.
This is a front-facing, on-camera content role. The primary function of this position is to create face-to-camera, personality-led social content and UGC that represents The Sole Womens across platforms. You will regularly appear on camera as the voice and face of the brand, creating engaging short-form video content designed for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
We’re hiring a Content Creator to support and grow The Sole Womens across social platforms through high-quality, social-first content. This is a hands-on role focused on ideation and execution. Creating engaging, culturally relevant content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial women.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing, editorial and partnerships teams to bring ideas to life and contribute to the continued growth of the platform.
This role blends creative instinct with strong execution and performance awareness.

We operate a hybrid working model; however, this role requires a minimum of three days per week in our Shoreditch office. Being on-site is important for attending industry events, shooting UGC, and working collaboratively with our creative and marketing teams.

You’ll Be Responsible For
The creation of face-to-camera, personality-led social content that supports audience growth and strengthens The Sole Womens presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Acting as an on-camera representative of the brand across organic and partnership content. Creating engaging, social-first content that supports audience growth and strengthens The Sole Womens presence across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
What You’ll Do
* Concept, shoot and edit short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
* Regularly appear on camera as the face and voice of The Sole Womens
* Contribute to the content calendar via planning sessions
* Support the creation of recurring content formats and series
* Spot trends and cultural moments that can translate into relevant content
* Engage in comments and across social with personality and brand awareness
* Create content that encourages app engagement and ecosystem interaction
* Work closely with in-house designers to brief and refine social assets
* Review performance data to understand what’s working and apply learnings
* Create UGC-style content, including reviews, styling videos, reactions, trends and cultural commentary
* Represent the brand confidently at events, launches and brand activations, capturing on-the-ground content
What We’re Looking For
You have:
* Proven experience creating face-to-camera content (either on personal or brand channels)
* Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats
* Basic to intermediate filming and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar)
* A strong interest in women’s sneakers, fashion and street culture
* An understanding of what drives engagement beyond just views
You are:
* Social-native and culturally aware
* Creative, proactive and full of ideas
* Detail-oriented with a good eye for styling and visuals
* Highly confident and natural on camera, with the ability to carry content independently
* Comfortable being the face and voice of a brand across social platforms
* Eager to learn and develop within a fast-moving team
Bonus Points If You:
* Have worked within sneaker, fashion or youth culture
* Have experience growing social accounts
* Understand basic analytics and performance reporting
* Have light Photoshop or template-editing skills

Please note: This is not a behind-the-scenes creative or strategy-only role. This position requires regular on-camera presence and content performance as a core part of the job.
