Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Composite Laminatorwith strong expertise in carbon fibre components to join our high-performance manufacturing team. Youll play a hands-on role in preparing, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to the highest engineering and visual standards, supporting projects across motorsport and advanced engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Trim, drill, and bond composite components to precise engineering specifications.
* Work with carbon fibre and other advanced composite materials.
* Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings and jigs.
* Ensure all components meet tight tolerances and high visual quality standards.
* Inspect and check carbon fibre parts for any defects or imperfections.
* Use a shot blaster to abrade parts for bonding.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer.
2. Strong background in carbon fibre trimming and finishing, motorsport or high-performance engineering experience preferred.
