Role Description
The Global Markets Change and Transformation team seeks a Project Manager to support regulatory transaction reporting changes. The team is split across Chester, London, Dublin, and New Jersey, comprising 25 members.
Responsibilities
* Provide business analysis and project management support for regulatory transaction reporting projects.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document requirements and analyze data fields.
* Coordinate with technology and business teams to define business scenarios and data acceptance criteria.
* Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy and project alignment.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of financial regulatory transaction reporting requirements (e.g., MiFID/MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, CFTC, SEC).
* Experience with regulatory projects within Investment Banking or financial services.
* Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience, including analysis techniques and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of OTC Derivative products and trade flows.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience liaising with technology teams.
* Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and JIRA.
