Optegra has an exciting opportunity for a Rapid Response Healthcare Technician to join our highly skilled and dedicated regional clinical team. The role is full‑time, permanent and supports four hospitals across the region: Birmingham, Uttoxeter, Nottingham, and Leicester. It requires a high level of flexibility and responsiveness, with travel required on very short notice, either the evening before or on the morning of the shift.
As part of the Rapid Response Team, you will not be allocated a fixed rota. Instead, you will provide vital support across the region, helping teams manage staffing shortages and maintain exceptional patient care standards where support is needed most.

This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and motivated individual looking to broaden their clinical experience within a supportive and forward‑thinking business organisation.
