The role is supporting secondary school students with PE and other learning. You will need to be able to assess the children's ability and aid their skill and encourage them to develop and achieve their full capabilities. You will be supporting the main teach and leading small group lessons, so you must be able to present skills and lessons clearly and efficiently.
