The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Global Mobility Officer who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of the Global Mobility function, which supports the University’s Transnational Education (TNE) agenda and its international partnerships.

The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day Global Mobility operations, while also contributing to wider transformation and development initiatives across the function.

You will ideally:

1. Have previous experience working in Global Mobility and/or Finance/Payroll.
2. Have experience working within a Higher Education HR environment.
3. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand and interpret technical compliance advice.
4. Be well organised, highly motivated, and capable of creating, developing, and embedding efficient processes.
5. Be able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and team members.

In return the University provides a competitive annual salary, generous annual leave allowance of 25 days, plus 6 closure days (to be taken over Christmas and Easter) and Bank Holidays.
