Vehicle Technician Required in Crawley for Car Dealer Group!
1. Pay: £35k Basic + £10k OTE
2. Hours: 42.5 Hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties:
14. Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing in line with manufacturer specifications
15. Perform MOT testing and inspections to ensure safety and compliance if qualified
16. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
17. Maintain detailed service and repair records
18. Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality customer service
19. Keep up to date with technical advancements and training requirements
Requirements:
20. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester within a commercial or dealership environment
21. NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 is essential
22. Strong diagnostic skills with a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair
23. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
24. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
