Base pay range
As Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role within the Supply Chain team, responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts and supporting the business in achieving service, stock, and financial objectives.

Description
* Leading the S&OP demand planning process, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply teams.
* Building and maintaining accurate short- and long-term demand forecasts using statistical tools and market insights.
* Analysing forecast performance, identifying drivers of variance, and implementing continuous improvements.
* Partnering with commercial teams to capture promotional, NPD, and seasonal demand impacts.
* Supporting the development of demand planning systems and reporting dashboards.
* Driving collaboration across the supply chain to optimise stock availability and reduce waste.
Profile
* Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and exposure to forecasting systems.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
