Spire Alexandra Hospital, has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Director and the Director of Clinical Services on a part-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm

As Personal Assistant, you will provide PA support to the Hospital Director and Head of Clinical Services, facilitating the smooth operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Hospital Director (HD) and Director of Clinical Services (DoCS) offices in achieving high standards in terms of efficiency, presentation standards and customer care.
2. Provision of administrative support to the Hospital Director and the Director of Clinical services (DoCS).
3. Organise and prepare for meetings with internal/external parties including production of agendas and minutes. Attend these meetings as required and distribute documentation.
4. Assisting in organising the daily schedule of the HD/ DoCS
5. Arranging events and forums
6. Submitting expenses
7. Files and document organisation/ management
8. Dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries
Applicants must have:
9. Proven track record of holding a similar position, preferably at senior management level
10. Excellent IT skills - highly proficient in MS Word, and a good knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel.
11. Accurate, fast typing skills
12. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and offering support and advice where needed
13. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
14. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage and prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
