BS24 6SF Date: Availability ASAP Salary: Salary commensurate with experience Job Description Principal Tasks and Responsibilities ACCOUNTS – Core Sales & Purchase Ledger * Processing supplier invoices * Raising monthly client invoices * Reconcile Monthly Statements/Chasing outstanding invoices * Running sage/StruMIS reports * Supplier Management – Creating new supplier accounts/ New supplier credit account applications * Managing Petty cash ADMIN * Front of House/Answering phones/Assisting with telephone queries * Social Media & Website Management/ On-going development * Raising new Enquiries/Saving Estimates/Contracts/PO’s * General Property maintenance * Company mobiles * Ordering workwear * Organising & Processing Workshop timesheets * Sorting incoming post/deliveries * Other duties as required by the business needs and within your capabilities.
