We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Team Leader to join a team in Scarborough on a fixed-term basis for 12-15 Months. In this role, you’ll lead a small but dedicated client care team, ensuring our customers receive the very best experience from the moment they join us right through to renewal. As a hands-on leader, you’ll bring energy, resilience, and the ability to support your team through challenges while keeping standards high. Some of the key Senior Client Services responsibilities are: Lead, mentor, and support a team of client care and support staff Hold weekly team meetings, monthly one-to-ones, and performance reviews to drive development and maintain high standards Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture that reflects our values Oversee client journeys, ensuring consistent processes and quality assurance from onboarding through to renewal Attend client events to support your team and strengthen client relationships Drive the collection of testimonials, case studies, and online reviews to support marketing and sales activity Monitor customer satisfaction surveys, implement improvement plans, and work towards achieving business KPIs You must be an experienced people manager with a proven ability to get the best out of a team, and come from a strong customer service background, with a natural drive for continuous improvement and delivering excellence. This will be working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, earning a salary between £30,000-£33,000 depending on experience.
