About The Candidate
You will be a changemaker by leading innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that boost student recruitment and engagement across diverse audiences. By managing the digital transformation and redevelopment of EPNE’s web platforms with our agencies, you will create a modern, user-focused digital presence that maximises lead conversion and brand impact. Your expertise in measuring campaign performance ensures marketing efforts are efficient, measurable, and continuously improving.
You will foster strong collaboration across internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing strategies. Through your commitment to the college’s values you will enhance EPNE’s reputation and drive sustainable growth. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing with the college’s strategic goals, making a lasting positive impact on student recruitment and brand reputation.
About The Role.
Our award-winning and dynamic Marketing and Engagement team plays a crucial role in driving student recruitment and boosting the group’s reputation as an outstanding education provider in the region. The team is responsible for a wide range of activities, including marketing, communications, student recruitment, admissions, information services, market insights and more. We provide an outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders including prospective students, their parents/carers, stakeholders and our community. Recruiting thousands of students each year, we enhance the student journey by creating impactful campaigns, leveraging marketing tools, embracing new trends, harnessing data-driven analytics, and organising a calendar of events which showcase the very best our colleges have to offer.
To ensure we stay at the forefront of education marketing and recruitment, we are seeking a Marketing Lead to join our team.
This role involves leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns to drive student recruitment and engagement, while also managing the college’s digital platforms. The postholder oversees campaign performance, digital content and performance, brand consistency, team leadership, agency collaboration, and ensures marketing activities align with strategic goals and college values.

With cross-team collaboration, agency management, and direct influence on the college’s brand and digital presence, this position provides both professional challenge and the chance to drive meaningful change.
Role Responsibilities
* To develop innovative and measurable campaigns that maximise reach, minimise expenditure and maximises conversion of leads to enrolled students or engaged stakeholders with our agencies and team.
* Working with the Marketing and Engagement leadership team to establish marketing KPIs, including but not exclusively the monitoring of Customer Acquisition, Marketing ROI and Marketing Lead Conversion rates as part of campaign planning.
* Lead the website project to replace EPNE’s website, work across the whole college group with key stakeholders, the agency and the team as well as reporting to senior leads for strategic direction and progress updates
* Champion the EPNE’s brand message, identity and manage its implementation across the whole college.
* Manage the content on EPNE’s websites and social channels, continually improving, working with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline (or relevant experience in Marketing & Communications).
Essential Skills & Experience In
* Planning, delivering, and evaluating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* The use of social media/CRM tools for publishing
* The use of application of SEO
* Planning and executing content and creative projects.
* Managing people, and their performance.
* Content management of websites
Desirable Skills & Experience – (Optional)
* Experience of leading or working as part of a project team to replace corporate websites
