Job Description:
Due to increased customer demand, our client is recruiting for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer in the Bradford area for a days-based role (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm).
This position offers the chance to work with a leading independent market leader and established global brand. Role Responsibilities:
1. Maximize plant reliability through preventative maintenance tasks.
2. Perform reactive fault finding and repairs on production equipment as needed.
3. Contribute to process and system improvements across the site.
4. Organize electrical safety checks and inspections.
5. Maintain stock levels of machinery spares.
6. Implement best practice health & safety measures and contribute to emergency procedures.
7. Manage contractor control on site.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Apprentice-trained in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 17th / 18th Edition Electrical Regulations.
3. Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, relays, drives, inverters.
4. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
5. Experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
