Resident-Focused Care: Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and daily routines, always prioritising dignity and independence. Medication Oversight: Support the safe administration, documentation, and ordering of medications in collaboration with our nursing team. Collaborative Communication: Work closely with residents, families, nurses, and colleagues to ensure everyone feels informed, supported, and valued. Team Development: Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and foster a culture of learning and growth. Professional Excellence: Maintain accurate care plans, risk assessments, and case notes, ensuring residents’ needs and wishes are fully reflected. Health & Safety Champion: Adhere to all policies, respond promptly to emergencies, and escalate concerns where needed. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred, or willingness to work towards it. Medication Experience: Competency in dispensing and administering medication is required. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a compassionate, person-centred approach.
