Graduate Hydraulic Modeller

As a Graduate Hydraulic Modeller, you will work on various projects involving residential, commercial, industrial, renewable energy, and climate change for UK-based public and private sector clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting Flood Risk Assessments and Flood Estimation.
2. Hydraulic Modelling using Tuflow and Flood Modeller.
3. Nutrient Neutrality Assessments.
4. Natural flood management and wetland restoration.
5. Collaborating with Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Supporting the team in developing surface water management plans and drainage strategies.
7. Continuously enhancing your technical skills through hands-on experience and training from our team of experts.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
1. A strong academic background in a related field such as Geography, Environmental Modelling, River Basin Dynamics, or Environmental Management.
2. Ideally, experience working for a UK-based consultancy on Flood Risk Assessments or Hydraulic Modelling.
3. Be based in the South West or be willing to relocate to Cheltenham or Bristol.
