About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team based in Suffolk on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site operations.
* Assist in ensuring that construction projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
* Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site.
* Assist in monitoring project progress and adherence to budgets.
* Support in managing site documentation and records.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role in residential construction.
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
