Allianz has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Engineering Inspection Services team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.


Role Description

The role offers flexibility in working hours and scope, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and adapts to changing priorities.

This hybrid role is based in our Guildford office, with an expectation to be on site every Tuesday.


Salary Information

Pay: Circa £26,000 per year (based on relevant experience, skills and location). Salary is only one part of our total reward package.


About You – Responsibilities

* Online portal management: maintain and update records across various internal and external portals; monitor activity and respond to queries; upload and manage documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance; liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve portal‑related issues.
* General administrative support: provide flexible admin support across the team as needed; assist with data entry, reporting and document preparation.
* Flexibility & collaboration: adapt to varying workloads; collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during peak periods; take initiative to support team goals and contribute to process improvements.


Essential Skills

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working with digital systems and online platforms.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Desirable Skills

* Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential).
