Hospitality Sales Manager, West Midlands
We're looking for a driven, hands-on Hospitality Sales Manager to join a leading venue in the West Midlands. This is a unique opportunity embedded within premium live events and sports, and we are looking for a commercially sharp, people-first sales professional who knows how to sell exceptional hospitality experiences.
The role
You'll own the sales process for a broad hospitality portfolio - corporate event packages, gala dinners, awards evenings, venue hire, and matchday hospitality & entertainment. You'll manage key accounts, lead a sales team, and use data and CRM insight to hit targets and grow revenue.
What you'll need
✅ A strong track record in hospitality sales - experience within live events, entertainment, or sports venues is essential
✅ A proactive, hands-on approach to new business and relationship management
✅ Commercial acumen - product knowledge, margin awareness, yield thinking
Confident CRM user
✅ Flexibility to work event and match days alongside standard hours (Mon–Fri)
