Roles & Responsibilities: * Implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the company’s customer base and ensure they maintain a stronghold within the market * Liaise frequently with customers in order to deliver proposals based on maintenance contracts, installation and repair * Provide a 1st class aftersales service to ensure the customer is fully satisfied and provide any improvements necessary * Liaise with clients and propose quotations based on their specifications and ensure the successful closing of sales upon agreeing and finalising terms * Carry out technical presentations to include a broad range of the employers services and associated products Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in sales within the Electrical / Lightning Protection industry * Excellent management, coaching and leadership skills with proven experience of leading a successful sales team * Experience of preparing quotations and showcasing confident negotiation skills to customers * Proven experience of increasing sales figures turnover year on year for businesses within the electrical industry would be a distinct advantage * Ability to use CRM software packages * Proficient IT skills across MS Office, Excel, ERP and MRP systems About Express Recruitment: Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, “exceeding expectations every time” of over 267,000 candidates.
