City Calling are currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal / Traffic Banksman for an active construction site in Bracknell. This is an immediate start, short-term position (1–2 weeks) with consistent hours and a competitive rate.
This role is ideal for candidates with construction site traffic management experience looking for quick-start work.
Job Description
As a Traffic Marshal / Traffic Banksman, you will be responsible for safely controlling vehicle and pedestrian movements on a busy construction site. You will work closely with plant operators, delivery drivers, and site management to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Duties
* Managing vehicle movements and site deliveries
* Banking vehicles and plant safely on site
* Controlling pedestrian access and walkways
* Communicating clearly with drivers, site operatives, and supervisors
* Following site traffic management plans and health & safety procedures
* Maintaining high safety standards at all times
Requirements
* Valid Traffic Marshal or Traffic Banksman ticket (minimum requirement)
* CSCS Card (Essential)
* Previous experience on construction sites
* Good communication skills and strong safety awareness
* Available for immediate start
