The Chief Security Office (CSO) plays a vital role in delivering Lloyds Banking Group's vision of putting customers at the heart of everything we do, helping Britain prosper, and protecting the Group and its customers and suppliers from security threats. We defend, and we enable. Our mission is to help the bank move safely faster, with engineering at the heart of security services to the Group.
We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our Security Vulnerability Services team. You'll be instrumental in building the data-driven applications that power our cyber security services—helping us detect, manage, and respond to vulnerabilities across the Group.
What you'll do
* Design, build and maintain our in-house developed software systems hosted in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Get creative to take our systems to the next level.
* Collaborate with product owners and service leads to deliver high-throughput, data-intensive applications for security analysts and engineers across the Group.
* Lead the integration of security controls into the software lifecycle.
* Champion agile development, automation, and collaborative engineering practices.
* Mentor and grow a high-performing, psychologically safe engineering team.
