Responsibilities
* Supervise mechanical, electrical, and building trade staff and specialist contractors, ensuring compliance with Equans and site policies
* Plan, prioritise, and delegate work to staff and contractors to meet contract specifications, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
* Monitor performance, timekeeping, and quality of trade staff work, providing guidance and support as needed
* Lead and participate in team briefings, manage risk assessments and method statements to maintain safe working practices

Qualifications
* Qualified with City & Guilds/BTEC National Certificate (4312) or NVQ2 in a relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline (essential)
* PLUS BTEC National Diploma or NVQ3 (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field
* Proven experience supervising mechanical/electrical/building trades and contractors
* Strong working knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and quality standards
* Effective team leader with clear communication and organisational skills
