Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 | Full-Time | Permanent
Are you a qualified rural professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're working with a long-established, forward-thinking rural property consultancy and estate management firm seeking a Land Agent to join their experienced and dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and capable individual who wants to play a hands-on role in managing diverse rural estates, encompassing residential, commercial, and agricultural assets.
🏡 About the Role
You'll work closely with the Directors to support the strategic and day-to-day management of varied estates. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and delivering Estate Management plans in collaboration with the estate principals
2. Identifying income growth and capital opportunities
3. Managing a range of tenancies (agricultural, commercial, residential)
4. Ensuring compliance with property legislation, H&S, and employment regulations
5. Preparing and implementing annual estate budgets
6. Conducting in-house valuations and overseeing planning and construction programmes
7. Coordinating repairs, maintenance, estate staff, and contractors
8. Supporting debtor management and engaging with external stakeholders including developers and local authorities
🙋 About You
We're looking for someone who is:
9. A qualified Member of the RICS (essential)
10. Experienced in estate management and business development
11. A confident communicator and skilled negotiator
12. Self-motivated and able to work independently
13. Equipped with a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
