Student Support Officer Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Contract: Full‑Time - Permanent (Temp‑to‑Perm considered on request) Salary: £25,800 - £26,006 FTE (Actual £22,163 - £22,340) Hours: 37 hrs per week, 39 weeks per year Start: March / April 2026 About the Role We are seeking energetic, confident and resilient individuals to join a supportive pastoral team as a Student Support Officer. This is a highly visible and hands‑on position working directly with pupils to help remove barriers to learning and support their wellbeing, behaviour and engagement. You will be part of a trusted, proactive team working with students both in lessons and around the academy. The role requires presence, sound judgement and consistency of approach - no two days are the same.
