We are looking for a new team member to jump in and be part of our amazing team based in Horsham, West Sussex. You will responsible for a variety of duties in the coordination of care for clients including scheduling, office administration and supporting field support activities whilst providing the highest quality of service to clients.
The Role
1. Ensure schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training and last-minute cancellations.
2. Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members.
3. Responsible for all aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the needs of the business.
4. Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner, passing on clear messages where appropriate.
5. Manage correspondence by responding to emails and handling incoming and outgoing post.
6. Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
7. Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
8. Provide support to the Client Experience team.
