We are an eminent organisation bringing a positive approach to Health and Safety and Employment Law. Our services include Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, CDM, and Health & Safety Training.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Health and Safety Consultant/Fire Risk Assessor to support our growing business.
Main duties include:
1. Conducting Health & Safety Audits and Reviews of Safe Working Practices
2. Performing Fire Risk Assessments across various properties
3. Independent Contract Site Inspections
4. Assisting with Risk Assessments and Method Statements
5. Preparing Policy Documentation
6. Conducting Safety Training Courses
7. Providing Support and Advice to clients
8. Assisting with SSIP Accreditation Applications and Tender Documentation
9. Undertaking Specialist Surveys (qualification dependent)
Qualifications and experience:
The ideal candidate should hold the NEBOSH General/Fire Certificate (or equivalent). Membership in IOSH/IFE and the P402 asbestos surveying certificate are advantageous. Previous experience in H&S consultancy or fire risk assessment in a client-facing environment is desirable.
This role is home-based, with most work conducted on-site nationwide. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
A full driving licence is essential due to travel requirements.
