We’re currently looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within the Strategy, Transformation and Assurance (STA) directorate. The PMO focuses on creating a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. You will be an important part of our PMO team, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers to help set standards for benefits and value management and embed them across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio to shape and optimise project portfolios.
* Help identify, value, and validate project benefits and support embedding benefits management standards and governance.
* Contribute to ensuring strategic alignment, enhanced decision-making, and risk management across change and transformation.
* Support development opportunities within the team and provide evidence to manage change.
Experience / Skills Required
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills, able to explain complex analysis simply to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, encouraging consideration of diversity issues in work.

Additional Information
* Hybrid working location with an EA Office base; national role with flexible working patterns and some travel/overnights may be required.
