Our client are a market leading provider of Smart Building solutions, which include (but are not limited to): HVAC, BMS, Lighting, Fire, Suppression, Energy Management, Security, and IoT / Smart Integration. Being a reputable business, our client serve a mixture of industry verticals, with this role having a focus on Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and Defense.
You will be a relied upon Business Development Manager prospecting new business across the UK&I. A can do attitude with a blend of industry / product experience will be essential to succeed in this position.

What will your day to day look like?
Your main focus will be growing the customer base in the UK - identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building lasting relationships across key sectors like Pharma, Defence, and Manufacturing. You can expect an average day to involve:
* Owning your assigned territory
* Developing new business and expanding key accounts
* Selling the full suite of selling the full suite of BMS, fire safety, and security solutions
* Identifying customer challenges and aligning tailored solutions
* Work closely with senior stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite decision-makers
* Tracking pipeline, forecasting accurately, and reporting progress
* Representing the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and long-term client success
