Job Description
1. Act as the number two to the Group CEO, working cross-departmentally to support functional leaders in shaping and executing their strategic plans
2. Take full ownership of end-to-end business process mapping across all operational areas
3. Define, optimise, and standardise core processes to improve efficiency and scalability
4. Document processes thoroughly, including creation and maintenance of SOPs and operational manuals
5. Lead transformation initiatives both with and without technology enablement
6. Drive the selection and implementation of systems and tools that support process improvements
7. Ensure alignment between business processes and technology platforms to support growth and performance
8. Act as a key driver of operational change, ensuring delivery of transformation as a priority business objective
9. The role is based at the HQ in Essex
