As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing operational efficiency and reliability of our plant and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues to determine appropriate solutions, which will extend to supporting Plc Controls and / or Robots. Collaborate with other shift team members to address urgent maintenance requirements and minimise downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work done, parts used, and time spent. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times. Requirements of a Maintenance Technician: Electrical qualifications to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 standard. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship programme. Proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment within a manufacturing or production environment that has included Plc controls and robot technology.
