What matters most is your ability to sell a premium product, build strong customer relationships and manage a large territory effectively.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>At least 5 years sales experience</li><li>Strong account management skills</li><li>Experience managing a field sales territory</li><li>Good journey planning and time management</li><li>Experience selling into retailers, independents or store-level customers</li><li>The ability to analyse sales data and plan against revenue objectives</li><li>Strong commercial awareness</li><li>Confidence selling premium products and brand value</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Good IT and CRM discipline</li><li>Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic</li><li>Mature, team-focused and relationship-led approach</li></ul><p>Culturally, this is important. The business is looking for someone who is genuinely personable, hardworking and able to fit into a supportive team environment. They dont want someone overly aggressive or internally competitive. They want someone who can build trust, represent the brand properly and develop the territory in the right way.</p><h3>The Territory</h3><p>The territory covers Scotland, the North of England and the Midlands down to Leicester.</p><p>Scotland is expected to be visited roughly once per quarter, with the majority of the customer base sitting further south.</p><p>This could suit someone based in the North East, Yorkshire, North Midlands or surrounding areas, provided they are comfortable with regular travel across the patch.</p><p>Ref - BM21552</p></div>
