What youll be doing
* Responding to customer enquiries and delivering technical product support

* Assisting with technical documentation and application notes
* Working closely with R&D on new and existing products
* Supporting customer success with clear communication and a service-focused approach

* Strong electronics knowledge + practical technician experience
