Position: IFA Support Administrator Location: Manchester Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per year Working Hours: Full-time We are seeking a skilled IFA Support Administrator to join a well-established Wealth Management firm in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with experience in client-focused support within financial services, helping advisors deliver excellent service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities As part of the administration team, your main responsibilities will include: Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and external partners. Organising and scheduling meetings for financial advisors, ensuring client reviews happen on time. Preparing all necessary paperwork in advance of meetings. Following up with clients through correspondence and completing related tasks. Maintaining and updating client records in CRM and other internal systems. Coordinating with Head Office, administrative centres, and third-party organisations as required. Participating in workshops and training sessions to support professional growth. Skills & Experience Required At least 2 years of experience working in an IFA or similar financial support role.
