Motor Vehicle Technician
Experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester required for reputable independent garage in Loughborough.
MOT testing license is preferable but not essential.
We're looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You'll need to be self-motivated, a strong team player, and confident in diagnosing and repairing faults accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of makes and models.
* Carry out MOT testing (MOT testing license is preferred, but not essential).
* Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations and maintain high levels of quality.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in line with industry regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues clearly and offering solutions.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
* Collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
* Full, clean UK driving license (essential)
* Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm
* 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
* Additional holiday days granted after 1, 3, 5 years, and beyond
* On site parking
