Overview
Milkround is recruiting for a Senior CRM Systems Manager at GXO Logistics. The role involves driving innovation and leading the design and delivery of Salesforce-based CRM solutions that power business growth. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship within the CRM team and be based out of London or Northampton with some travel as required.
What You’ll Do
* Act as the single point of contact for the global CRM Systems landscape, proactively improving service to end users through application improvements or process changes
* Engage with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate solution design trade-offs, and build and execute CRM platform roadmaps and delivery plans
* Lead user workshops to validate requirements, confirm specifications, and verify adherence to requirements in delivered solutions
* Own application configuration, liaising with technical teams to determine effort, feasibility, and scheduling
* Manage 3rd party supplier resources to secure delivery targets
* Oversee daily operations of the CRM development team to ensure functionality, availability, security of systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues
What You Need To Succeed
* Extensive experience across multiple Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Commerce, MuleSoft, Pardot, etc.) with depth in specific clouds
* Expertise in Salesforce out-of-the-box configuration, including Data Model Security and Process Automations, database design, configuration, process builders/workflows
* Strong technology leadership with excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
* Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and scalable, performance-driven solution design
* Experience with Python or Java and understanding of object-oriented concepts
