We’re looking for a dynamic Hard Services leader on our on-site maintenance operations team, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence across all services. Why This Role Matters: As our Hard Services Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth, safe, and reliable building operations. You’ll lead a talented team of engineers and subcontractors, manage critical maintenance tasks, and directly influence service quality and safety standards. Your expertise will keep our site performing at its peak and our clients happy. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a multi-skilled hard services team, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC engineers Plan, allocate, and oversee daily maintenance, covering both preventative and reactive tasks Provide hands-on technical support, guidance, and mentorship to engineers and operatives Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance standards Ensure all work meets health & safety legislation, RAMS, and statutory requirements Track progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and within service level agreements Review completed works and support job sign-off and close-out procedures Liaise with your onsite Management team, providing regular updates and risk alerts Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation management Proactively identify maintenance risks and escalate issues to maintain seamless operations What We’re Looking For Proven experience in hard services facilities Strong leadership and team supervision skills Experience managing subcontractors Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Relevant trade qualifications (Electrical, Combustion, HVAC) Knowledge of CAFM systems and maintenance planning (desirable) IOSH / NEBOSH qualification (desirable) How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
