About the Role

Job title: Intermediary Sales Consultant

Location: Field Sales

Opportunity: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Dependent on Experience

The Intermediary Sales Consultant will work within the Intermediary Sales Team to work with the allocated panel of intermediaries, deliver and exceed new business sales and income targets whilst managing and growing existing portfolio of those organisations under management. Responsibilities

* Ensure correct management of your own portfolio of intermediaries to drive and exceed targets: retention of existing portfolio (schemes & revenue).
* Support intermediaries with new and existing client meetings, product training, and presentations across the entire solution portfolio.
* Sales of new business for Health Cash Plan, Private Health Insurance solutions and Wellbeing Services.
* Actively prospect the intermediary marketplace for additional intermediaries to align with Westfield Health solutions.
* Ensure reporting and system updates (SCMS, Pardot, CRM) are completed accurately and timely to support key business intelligence reports.
* Understand intermediary market dynamics and work with the Intermediary Sales Manager and colleagues to drive channel strategy.
* Attend team meetings and share best practices and ideas.
* Follow company procedures and maintain documented policies and procedures as required.
* Be aware of your role in the Companys Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and respond flexibly when activated.
* Comply with relevant regulations including financial services laws, employment law, data protection, and health & safety.


About You

* Experienced in working towards and exceeding new business sales targets.
* Ability to collaborate with senior commercial stakeholders such as business owners and Directors.
* Experience building strong, trusted relationships with diverse clients and colleagues.
* Articulate with strong communication skills (oral and written).
* Proven ability to generate own sales opportunities and manage end-to-end follow-up.
* Proven accountability for personal performance and development.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Energetic, self-motivated with an enquiring approach and a passion for excellence and business growth.
* IT skills with office packages and remote platforms (MS Teams/Zoom) and familiarity with business social media.
