You’ll be responsible for a varied caseload, including drafting contracts, handling employment tribunals, and providing strategic employment advice. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development.OverviewIn this role, you’ll handle a range of non-contentious employment tasks, such as drafting contracts and policies, providing corporate support, and advising on HR-related issues. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues on contentious matters for both Respondents and Claimants, managing your own claims and delivering exceptional client service.What We Are Looking For
