You’ll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our flagship communication platform – a mature, trusted product serving thousands of users across government and local authorities.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain high-quality software solutions that directly impact public services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions
* Drive best practices and participate in architectural decisions
* Optimise application performance, security, and scalability
* Mentor through code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Essential :
* 5+ years' software development experience (SaaS environment preferred)
* Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
* Experience with modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue.js and Node.js / .NET)
* Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
