An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cambusavie Unit at Lawson Memorial Hospital.
We are looking for a Deputy Charge Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player and able to demonstrate a commitment to high quality and safe delivery of care.
The Deputy Charge Nurse post is an integral role within the ward and is essential for providing support for both the staff and the Charge Nurse.
In the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse, the Deputy Charge Nurse leads, manages, develops and has responsibility for the nursing team in order to deliver high standards of care with the appropriate skills, using available resources effectively.
This is an excellent development opportunity.
This is a permanent 36 hours per week post working in line with service requirements.
