What You’ll Be Doing • Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls • Understanding each customer’s needs and matching the right solutions for their household • Building genuine rapport so every customer feels heard and valued • Troubleshooting issues and delivering effective, clear solutions • Turning challenging conversations into positive experiences This is more than answering calls — it’s about creating great experiences.
