The candidates needs to: Have a Level 3 qualification in teaching assistance or equivalent Have experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Have high expectations for all children Have the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with pupils, treating them with respect and kindness, and demonstrating consideration for their development as learners Demonstrate high standards of spoken and written English Work as part of an effective team Carry out administrative tasks to a good standard, including using ICT Be prepared to contribute to all aspects of school life Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged.
