About you
You’ll bring a calm and caring presence, with some experience in care, education, or youth work. You’ll be confident in supporting care plans and behaviour strategies, while always keeping the needs of young people at the heart of what you do. With patience, positivity, and a willingness to learn, you’ll be ready to grow alongside the team and help children thrive.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
