Compensation & Schedule
* Hourly pay: $25–$35 (based on experience)
* Production bonuses available
* Full-time, flexible schedule – no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
* Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
* Perform welding and fabrication as needed
* Recommend appropriate repairs and create repair cost estimates
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Stay current with industry advancements and apply them on the job
* Communicate with the factory for technical support
* Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
* Prior heavy equipment/diesel technician experience
* Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics
* Welding experience
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship)
