Preferred Skills
* Experience in PE (Private Equity) - backed or high-growth software environments with multi-product portfolios.
* Background in product management, corporate strategy, or FP&A (FinancialPlanningandAnalysis) within B2B SaaS organisations.
* Track record of leading or supporting M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) integration from a product perspective.
* Demonstrated success in establishing portfolio governance and planning frameworks.
* Experience working across multiple product lines with competing priorities.
* Proven ability to integrate commercial insight into product strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong evidence of financial modelling and business case development.
* Experience partnering with Corporate Development or M&A (Mergers and acquisitions) functions.
* Demonstrated executive stakeholder management and strategic communication.
