Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care | Exciting Growth & Future Career Opportunities Are you a strong and capable Registered Manager, able to motivate and support teams to deliver high-quality domiciliary care to vulnerable adults in their own homes? We’re currently recruiting a Registered Manager to join an ambitious and rapidly expanding care provider with branches across London, Kent, the Midlands, and the North. The Barnet branch is well-established, delivering care across local authority contracts. We need a Registered Manager who is skilled in managing compliance, supporting teams, and ensuring that vulnerable people living in their own homes have access to excellent care. The Registered Manager Role As Registered Manager, you’ll oversee the overall operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care in line with CQC standards. Your key responsibilities will include: * Ensuring staff uphold the company’s values. * Building and maintaining relationships with commissioners and other care professionals, ensuring local authority contracts are met. * Managing the recruitment strategy for the branch, ensuring the right staff are recruited, trained, and developed. * Line managing Care Coordinators and Assessors, providing regular supervision and appraisals. * Participating in the on-call rota as needed. About You * Experienced Registered Manager with proven domiciliary care experience, or someone who has managed a domiciliary care branch and is ready to take the next step towards CQC registration. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to direct teams effectively and inspire collaboration. * Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. * Ambitious, with a desire to grow alongside a thriving organisation. * Ideally holds or is working towards a QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
