About the Role: As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll be fully immersed in the day-to-day life of the school. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects. Providing one-to-one or small group support for students who require additional help. Helping to prepare learning materials and maintain an organised classroom environment. Promoting positive behaviour and supporting the school’s safeguarding policies. Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
