Are you experienced in billing, detail oriented and an excel whizz? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! You will be working within a lively, high energy and sociable environment based in central Bournemouth. What You'll Do: Help customers with billing questions in a clear and friendly way Solve billing issues from start to finish Set up new contracts and upgrades in our billing system Make sure all charges are correct and easy to understand Explain bills to customers in a simple, reassuring way Set up and manage Direct Debits Help with missed payments in a professional, helpful manner What We're Looking For: Experience in billing or customer service Confident using Excel and working with data Familiar with Xero Great attention to detail and communication skills A positive, can-do attitudeContact our team today to hear more about this or other opportunities.
