What to Expect
If offered a graduate role, you could have responsibilities such as:
* Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
* Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through changes to processes or work systems.
* Own critical Daily Management Systems from the start.
* Share and apply learning across processes, modules and plants within the wider Product Supply organisation.
Manufacturing Career Academy
The Manufacturing Career Academy is the final step in the graduate application process. It is an intensive course designed to challenge your business and critical thinking, networking and team-building skills in real business situations, including a presentation to a board of directors and a final interview. The Academy will be held in person at our London plant in West Thurrock, Essex on 3–4 December 2025. P&G will cover all attendance costs. Qualifications
* University students who will complete their degree by Summer 2026 in any Engineering discipline (graduates welcome).
* Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
* Strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Strong verbal and written English.
Right to Work
A continuous or temporary right to work in the UK is required. P&G can provide sponsorship from the end of your current permission, subject to Home Office requirements. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK from Day 1.
