Role Overview
The Caretaker will ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
* Opening and closing the school site
* Conducting routine maintenance tasks
* Monitoring health and safety compliance
* Managing minor repairs
* Overseeing site cleanliness
* Supporting contractors on site
* Conducting regular safety inspections
* Responding to emergency call-outs when required
* Supporting school events
